Delivery was amost 2 months late. First it was just going to a little late, then the truck that had an issue, then it woud be another week, etc. I had to keep asking, there was no proactive communication. Then when he did show up - he let his dog run around my yard without asking. I let my dogs out not knowing there was another dog out there - not good. Then he didn't have anyone to help so I had to help ... the whole thing was a bit of train wreck.

Great communication, stuck to the schedule he gave me. The only thing I had hoped for was a second person to help him carry the table - it was very heavy, luckly we had a contractor here who helped. But overall a great experience.

Booked shipment on 7/20 for delivery on August 14th. Chair was not picked up until August 20th and not delivered until October 17. No communication after several attempts until someone from Uship intervened.

Made everything easy, stayed in contact and did exactly what he said he would do. Would use him everytime if it worked out.
