For future reference, it is better to keep contacting him all the way to make sure his arrival time. Proactive communication with him is a good way to work with him. Thank you. Wish people would take the time to read the terms and cond- Of the shipper!. As stated in mine, Most shipments are same-to-next day, unless other arrangements are made. I felt I went above what I stated. Had to make another trip back, 90 miles out of my way. Delivered into home, up 7 steps which where not cleared, And having two extra peaces - suitcases. It was a good thing you help with unloading. Glad to hear everything was GREAT!!. Thanks again, Nick..
