A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved TSP did not contact me about the shipment being picked up. Contacted TSP who stated his truck was broken and couldn't complete shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I don't accept this request for cancellation. The shippers lack of communication will cost me additional money and more importantly eroded my goodwill with the seller of the car.
If the shipper would have returned any of my or the sellers multiple phone calls on Saturday, Sunday or even Monday, I would have been understanding about cancellation. Ignoring our phone calls is rude and bad business.
I either want job completed, or a full refund plus $100 damages for storage and shipping. Response from Mbittle: A full refund would be acceptable IF I WAS PAID! Why are you looking for $100.00 for damages?

Quick, efficient, best of all didn't whine about unforeseen obstacle. He got creative, got it done, and most importantly wasn't afraid to enlist help when required.
