After 5 delays and reschedules of almost 2 weeks the shipment arrived. Driver and assistant were polite and helpful. The item arrived with no damage and was moved into the house with no problems. The shipper was hard to reach on the phone and we didn't know where he was the majority of the time. Although there was not a time constraint put on the shipment, there should have been a better delivery time window that was maintained by the shipper.
