Diego, You got your bike, not at the time we expected but you now have it. From the first day of pickup to the incident in Laredo. It was a nightmare. At least we did get everything resolved and we move on.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Its incredible that shipper is canceling this job the day it was supposed to pick up. It will cost me a lot of storage fees, since now I will have to post this shipping again, find a new shipper and wait for the bike to be picked up. It is really not fair at all, this is not a game, time is money

I am surprised with all that happened with my delivery. I choosed to contract Eddie because of his positive feedback. I was supposed to get my bike in Laredo tx, but after several days of troubles and discussions with him I got it back in Houston, generating me more costs and inconvenience. Uship helped a lot in negotiating with him and finally everything was solved, even if this was very uncomfortable and more costly for me.

Unfor seen things happened during this shipment, Shipper and provider had different views about the delivery, But at the end, We came to an agreement and everyone accepted the outcome.
