I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Our truck is still in NJ holding for this pick up.
The customer informed us after bid acceptance, items were not ready to be shipped, they couldn't pay for the shipment unless they received a child support payment first, no trailer access at pickup location, and we would need a police escort as these were items from a bad divorce, we understand and have a job. Customer informed us he is 74 years old and has plenty of guys to get this done on his own. Why did you accept our bid?

Shipper originates from NJ & probably visiting, not waiting. Nothing to prepare with 2 pieces of furniture & a range which were sitting by the door for pick-up. The comment about child support is a fabrication.I my children are all grown. The pick-up site is in a gated community & therefore required an escorted by security, not police. I am female who is way younger than 74, so even the "his" makes me think this shipper is a little confused between their customers. Will never hire them again.

We enjoy helping people who are in need of help. We recommend this shipper because of her great communication, very cooperative, and is a pleasure to work with.

This was an excellent company & transaction. I completely enjoyed working with them. Even their communication was excellent. Their trailer was amazingly set-up for their business. The next time I have anything to ship, I hope they have time in their schedule. They get high scores from me for the care they gave the boxes and their expertise in scheduling. Definitely a recommendation for any service.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time In my listing I stipulated a time criteria that was not met. The stipulated time was early afternoon. As of 5:30 PM the truck was reported as still being in the DC Metropolitan area. To learn this required a phone call to the base of the operation and a talk with Christina because tracking didn't work. Christina claimed that our daughter told her that there was no trailer space availability and they were unsure of actually picking up the shipment for that reason. This is not accurate since a

Not true, customer informed us the night before pick up, limited trailer access, none of his items were ready to be shipped, we would need a police escort to get the items(bad divorce), and they wouldn't be able to pay for the shipment until they received a child support check. Even still we were willing to help out, but only after we completed our other stops in NJ, we could not afford to lose a whole day waiting on a shipment not even ready to be shipped. We found Sean and his crew to be cooperative and caring. Both the pick-up and delivery were as promised in spite of problems at our end. I would most definitely use these services.
