well we sent him pics and details of everything we had for him to take .he kept on assuring me i would not need to use his trailer i think over 7 x he said it was not needed . he turned up with a van full of stuff when he got to us .a sofa and cusions i was told by 3 people .This guy left my wife in tears with a room full of stuff ,i had to hire a van which cost me 130 xtra and do his job.. and he charged us more£30 more saying their was more than i had told him , DONT USE HIM HE IS A JOKE !!!

Unjustified. I bid on a listed inventory. Client changed inventory twice b4 I arrived, and there was even more than his revised list which is why I charged more. Van did not have a sofa in it. It did have 4 cushions which I use for padding fragile items. If a client wants more taking than he says there is, there will be issues re loading and volume. Any future clients can ask me to email a copy of the mail from the client after job was done to say feedback was left by third party.
