Timely, professional, and quick! Wrapped everything up perfectly and timing/communication was excellent. Would certainly recommend!

Shipment was to be left inside front door (not white glove delivery, but certainly not left on the front sidewalk) and was stated to be left in the "lobby". The shipper was rude, and FAR outside the timeframe promised via contract for shipment pick up and delivery. We were understanding--but dealing with her was impossible. Lots of emergencies and route changes. Also demanded the payment release BEFORE job complete. Kept saying "I need to go" after being late to begin with. Nightmare

Betsey is not a nice or understanding person. Got hit by an ice storm in the way to pickup, She tried to underpay me for one or two pillows and two beds on a listing,I got there and she expected me to transport ten hefty bags of pillows for free.Then we had a family emergency where I had to rush home for forty eight hours to be with my kids , she didn't care. I rush to deliver and though I state it all over my policies that it's door to door only she demanded white glove and withheld payment.
