A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Asked for an updated address via Uship or text. did not receive address until 6:53 am Sunday, I have two drivers plus me, after Saturday evening we were no longer in the area. Had a driver ready today (Monday) but the roads were too icy w/ trucks stuck in the ditches all over. We would like to complete all of our deliveries, but currently all 3 of us drivers are booked through the first weekend in February. We do not wish to hold up the shipment for the customer so we approve the cancelation
