Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Servus,
leider konnte ein Abholtermin gestern nicht eingehalten werden von uns. Da sein Zeitfenster bis 1.1.2014 ausgeschrieben war , haben wir einen 2. Termin diese Woche zur Abholung genannt.
Nun sehe ich das er den Artikel mit einer negativen Bewertung neu eingestellt hat.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Es wurde kein Zeitfenster genannt. Es wurde ein Termin festgelegt zum nachmittag am 15.12.14. Es wurde weder der Termin eingehalten, noch hat sich jemand wie vereinbart gemeldet. Ein Auchweichtermin wurde noch nicht genannt, lediglich "vor Weihnachten". Es fand auch noch keine Bewertung statt, wie hier angegeben, jedoch wird diese negativ ausfallen, falls weiter so unverschämt vorgegangen wird!

Der Kunde hat Unrecht. Wenn man bei Uship bucht und flexibel eingibt dann heisst das nicht 3 Tage später abholen und liefern. Sorry!
