A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I thought that the listed delivery date was a misprint as it would get been an Expedited Shipment. Which would Have cost substantially more than what was offered. I would be able to move this item on Monday and deliver Monday or Tuesday. But, after talking directly with the seller that was not an option.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider has failed to pick up the item, hence cannot correspond through calls and text, they have constantly pushed us back to picking this unit up. I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period TDC Services showed up to location with a full load, He requested to come back the following day which was agreed on. However TDC Services never showed up the following day. He has blocked my number from his phone. I have emailed and called him several times. I emailed him directly to cancel the shipment on his part if he wishes not to provide service. My customer is now furious since This SHipment was suppose to have been already shipped out. Please help get a refund and block this Service prov
