The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This driver is very unreliable. Made me wait and only communicated when I called or texted. Then gave me all sorts of excuses for his delay. First that he was picking up a new van in Miami, then he was delayed and meeting at dealership at 7am. Then at 2pm he was getting new tires. Then around 5pm just canceled the load. Can't recommend this driver. I won't be working with him again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver was supposed to deliver this by today July 18. Booked him in advance. Was supposed to pick up load July 15 or 16. Then pushed off another day. Then texted me "ran into a vehicle issue". Then when I asked for a follow up the next day told me he needs to cancel. Cannot recommended this driver since we wasted 14 days waiting for pick up. Not good for our business when we tell buyers their items are shipping and then driver does not show up.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver said they were coming around June 14 or the 15. Then i reached out on the 14th to get an update on pick up. Driver asked me for dimensions for each piece. I asked 3 times to confirm "when is pick up" because if he/she were delayed, i would cancel. Driver first told me to confirm dimensions before she can confirm pick up. Made no sense. After some back and forth, driver said she was at least a week away from pick up and asked to cancel the load if we cannot wait. I cannot recommended this
