4 pieces of upholstered furniture. the issue: the furniture reeks of marijuana. Shipper offered to pay for cleaning, cleaning company said may not work. Response I got from shipper"Sorry I can't cover that. the item wasn't damaged and actually the smell is from several items for a move the furniture was storage with during transport. we are a west coast shipper and since California is a legal state issue can smell like Marijuana and because items are storage together this result happen"

Pnw101logistics is equip with sprinter vans with a wall and pull behind enclosed trailer..all driver are non-smoker..the customer fail to mention Pnw101logistics delivery the four items to a third party receiver wrap in plastic...once customer made claim Pnw101logistics initially offer a reimbursement for cleaning assuming the smell came from other items that the items was storage with..but once Pnw101logistics interview driver .. driver stated that the third party receiver was smoking
