Communication with the dispatch was okay. When it came time to speak with the driver, he demanded I release payment before he provided me with proof of delivery. Also, they did not take the boxes from the customer's home. Unprofessional, he continued to harass me via text even after I told him that if he shut up, that I would omit leaving feedback. Of course he couldn't resist and continued, so as a result, bad feedback. Tell your driver to hold his tongue and clean up after himself.

Great people! On time, communicated well. And understands the importance of good customer service. Got great ebay feedback bc of them and i keep them on a short list of highly recommended carriers. You wont regret hiring them, even if you pay a little extra. Totally worth it.

These guys are great! Professional and timely. Delivered expensive Italian furniture, white glove, just like the pros they are. Reasonable in price.

I waited to provide feedback because we had a lapse in communication. Some of this was my fault, some was the drivers. Ultimately, the items were delivered on time and in good condition. I gave him 5 stars and would recommend despite the communication drawback, which was largely my fault.
