There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved need to rebook at a later date

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We had a wrong ship to address. Called Southeastern Freight, they could not change the address, so I had to cancel (BOL #41134983) and re-schedule with UPS (BOL #41141732).
Please refund our checking account.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have scheduled with Central Transport in the past without any problems. This time I was told that the freight had to be "crated" and was refused to be picked up.
The A/C units were strapped to a pallet as I have always done without any problems.
Central Transport canceled the pickup.
I expect a full refund.
I have already arranged for pickup with UPS through uShip.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I wish to cancel the freight pickup with Central Transport and get a full refund. I have been trying since 8/19/20 to get this equipment picked up. Four (4) different attempts. The BOL #38836867 and Pick-up #PU-958-200810292
The units have been on pallets (2), I have emailed the “Release forms” to the emails that Central Transport gave me:

At the pickup location, Joshua had to wait because the store manager had been extremely unhelpful. The couldn't locate the equipment to be shipped. Joshua said he'd wait or go to another pickup and come back. He checked in with us regarding his delivery schedule several time. Friendly, careful. He even was a day early. I appreciate his work ethic.
