The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I bid the load because the shipper stated it was ready for pick up. After he accepted my bid he stated it was not ready, causing me to drive empty to fulfill my other booked loads. Very costly and inconvenient for me. I was not about to go out of my way to accommodate this shipper after costing me a lot of time and money.
Response from Ira S.:
The reason it could not be picked up that day was out of my hands, where it was being picked up they were not able to be there. You shouldn't have been telling me you can pick it up at a later date more than once and keep putting it off if you were not able to do so.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Truck was not picked up when it was supposed to and was told it would be several times and it wasn't.

I bid on this load because Ira had it listed as ready to pick up. After he accepted my bid he told me that it was not ready. I drove empty on the way to my other commitments, and right by his shipment. His misrepresentation cost me a lot of time and money. SHIPPERS; Please have correct information!
