Not sure why you’ve given me negative feedback. I paid the extra ferry fee of $411 plus the USHIP fee and YOU delivered 3 days late. The shipment went very smooth on my end, as I held up every aspect of the transaction, however you did not. Your lack of communication, changing ferry reservations on Friday unbeknownst to me, is not great business practice. I understand life does happen. In the end, I’m glad the shipment eventually arrived. All the best in the future. Nicole
