I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I am very disappointed with the lack of communication that I received with this service provider. We spoke one time about the pick up and I haven't heard from him since. in this conversation he told me that he would call me on Friday and let me know the day that he would be picking up my motorcycle. The date for my pickup is very time sensitive because I am selling my home and moving across the country. After numerous attempted calls, text messages, and emails I decided to cancel. I am now 3 day
Response from thouser:
Customer had no reason to believe that his bike were not be picked up on the 1st as agreed. I was on vacation with my family for the holiday at my work phone was at home on the desk. I had every intensions are contacts in a customer Saturday when I got home and picking up Sunday as agreed. Customer jumped the gun big time. And cost himself a transporter.
