The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I was booked for this shipment I showed up to the auction house. Customer had already paid for the item in auction but the auction facility couldn’t locate the item that the customer paid for. I waited at location for 2hrs or so but they never found the item. I let the customer know what was going on and he made phone calls to them but he was told the same thing I was. So with no item to pick up I had to proceed to the next pick up and customer no longer needs transport for this item.
