The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Driver didn't make pickup commitment. Stopped responding to messages. And now claims (5 days after committed pickup date) he is in hospital and can't make pickup at all. This has cost me storage fees and loss of the opportunity to get it shipped by now. It is my opinion that this shipper should be banned from uShip due to the gross lack of communication and dishonesty regarding his condition. .

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Central Transport sucks. They gave a quote then refused to service the zip code where they gave the quote. Central Transport didn't even call to tell us they weren't coming. Waste of time. Lost my opportunity to rebook for same day pickup causing me to miss my deadline.

These guys are unreal. My auction terms specified a specific pick up and drop off time, I called these guys, it's a call center, and they insisted that I had agreed to wait three days for them to pick up my vehicle. I was very specific in my auction terms of when the car needed to be picked up and delivered by.
