The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This carrier should be removed from U-Ship they have not picked up the shipment in the time frame they stated they would and have not been honest at all very disapointed with U-Ship that they allow someone like this on their site. Jerry was great, he went way above and beyond what i expected, he was also very helpful when i was looking for additional equipment, he went and found someone to do a inspection on the equipment who was a expert in that field.
