Sean is a good customer. I made a mistake with my pickup of his item but he still was prompt with payment once item was delivered to destination of choice. Just a learning thing for me. Response from Sean B.: good service, mistakes happen but delivery as expected would do business with again

the carrier did damage the customer item,however we are the broker and didn't damage the freight.. yes your item did we more so that's why you got charged more,and all we billed you was our cost for the added weight!!!! Response from Sean B.: ultimately you are responsible for the carriers you use, I have no recourse to leave them feedback so this is your responsibility.
