A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Very poor communication. I reached out on the day of pickup around 11:20am after not hearing from anyone. Stated they would call around 3 when they finished. After not hearing from anyone again I reached out at 4:13pm. Stated they were on their way. I left my work and went home to prepare the shipment. I finally reached back out 5:30pm and unfortunately had to cancel as I had a meeting at 6:30pm and the move would take longer than an hour and unfortunately I had planned to be finished moving

Exceptional service! They took great care with every detail to make sure my piano was secure in the move. Last minute, there was a small box add on and a picture and they graciously brought that along as well, no problem. I reccomended them 100%!!
