The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have been using Uship for years and this is a huge disappointment. At times when communicating with the shipper I felt like I was talking with two different people. He would confirm one date, and then forget and confirm another. I texted him today to confirm that he was picking up the shipment tomorrow AM and he told me that he had me down for the 17th. I showed him his email confirming the 16th and he decided to cancel - despite me saying that the 17th would work and that we were in no rush.
