Incredible experience! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Joe is not only an incredible person, he's an incredible mover as well! He delivered my new dining table (well over 200 pounds) without a scratch. He even stayed longer and put it back together for me! I highly recommend this driver!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper did not show up to pick up the order. A family waited an entire day and only late in the evening - 8 hours after the pick-up was arranged - did the shipper call to say they would not come because they did not have a truck. They added they would be by the next weekend to get the order. The person I purchased the furniture from exploded on the phone calling me to tell me he would not allow this to happen. He demanded I find another shipper. This is my first experience with UShip and it
