The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I suspect this customer had not secured the sale before my bid was accepted. Since cancellations go against my record I don't ship for customers who cancel. I rather my bids are not accepted! I spendtconsiderable time on this shipment and made a commitment based on it that now I have to fulfil regardless.

Yes,you can look at it on Ebay. It was a complete sale. I was trying not to hurt your feelings. After you contacted the buyer,they asked me to cancel with you,as they got bad feeling about things. i think you might not realize that your emails do set off an alarm with people. I had told you that in so many words prior to your email to them. I think it may be a misconception,but even so,I guess that I have to say it here,since you chose to throw out a statement about me,that had no basis in fact

The Seller's account was suspended. Therefor, the shipment was not able to be completed. Lori was a pleasure to work with and was very apologetic. Wonderful price for a small chair,best by far! Very nice people. They made it possible for me to avoid sending a beautiful chair by UPS or FedEx Ground. Chair arrived in perfect condition. Only issue of any kind from destination buyer was that it was a little smokey,so if you are bothered by smoke,do see if the smoker will be on the shipment.

Fred was wonderful to work with and worked exceptionally well with a difficult lady on the pickup end of the shipment. He made what could have been a painful shipment(dealing with the seller)a smooth transaction!! I can't recommend him enough,nice man and would definitely use him again! Thanks,Fred!! Steve was great! He was very patient while I tried to reach the person at the pickup location and they loved him also. It was a great experience from start to finish! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again,he was extremely good at communicating,as well as very easy-going! Couldn't have asked for an easier transaction!
