The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer misrepresented this move. It was 4 pallets not 2 and weighed 3300 lbs. We went the extra two hundred miles to pick up. We also found someone else to do the move.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Its not the customers fault at all.....he has been very helpful...Its the guy that he bought the equipment from who is at the pickup point....HE'S THE PROBLEM!! Put me behind 48 hrs and cost an additional 200+$..........I showed up 2 days in a row..one day i even waited 4 or 5 hrs...NOBODY SHOWED OR RETURNED MY CALLS

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Deposit was paid through uShip $95.52 USD 7 sep 2012, balance sended through PayPal $391.50 USD 9 sep 2012 requested by service provider, plus $200.00 USD 9 sep 2012 to pay storage fee. Never pick it up and never paid the storage fee. I want the money back.
