Customer was not very honest about her shipment. The customer misrepresented her shipment and refused to pay for the additional labor it would take to move her belongings.

Eric attempted to extort additional funds to complete my move. His helper was not physically unable to move boxes or furniture and when it took beyond 8 hours he wanted to charge me extra. He would not move all my belongs into my home but placed them under carport. I paid him the agreed amount but would not pay extra for slow labor. He would not leave my house until I paid him extra. He started loading my belongings back into his truck so I called police for him to return my belongings.

The customer failed to inform me of the actual shipment size and all items were not listed on Uship.So the job required more hours of labor and which I explained that to the customer.The customer had a week to inform me of both her storage units that were full to compaction.I was not aware of all items that were not listed which required extra labor hours.My employee she mentioned has years of experience and was just overworked,he also has asthma in which he explained that to the customer.
