I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Equipment was to heavy and bent my ramps

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped We informed the customer that we could not find a truck who has ramps in that area and he is demanding his deposit back from us as you know we do not have the deposit and I as well am giving this customer negative feedback as he was well aware of our company pick up policies and before he even gave us all the information for the load he demanded where was the truck to pick up his freight. We can not find a truck without all the information he did not call us until 24hrs later.

All the require information was posted on the quote request including RAMPS to unload it at the destination.
you policy calls for 48 hrs to pick up after booking today are 72 hrs and loosing money because you don't own ant truck . You got no business on this business bad broker

After trying 2 other transporters and they fail to provide service

Great and prompt delivery service with his team pick up. My machine in Louisiana on time and delivery to Houston same day at a great normal price . Thanks guys looking forwards our next move
