A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved In the bid we promised to pick up no later the 3/27/2012. Customer asked if we could pick up on 2/27/2012.Due to a delay in truck repairs we contacted customer and informed them and asked if we could pick up on 3/5/2012 and we were/ are prepared to pick up this vehicle. If the customer still would like this vehicle picked up we will.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We were under the understanding this was one oiece being one foot cube and 150 pounds...it is actually four pieces and lots larger...we dont have the required equipment in this area right now to get this done.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped shipper could not pick up the item on the agreed day.

This vehicle was promised to be picked up no later than 3/27/12. We were asked if we could pick it up sooner. we thought we would, we communicated to the customer that our truck had not been completed and was still at the mechanic. On the day we promised to come by and were preparing to go pick up the vehicle, I double checked our Uship account and saw the request for cancelation. I did not deny the request because of the amount of money involved. But we were still going to complete the job.
