The motorcycle showed up damaged but i had no chance to look over the bike as they made me sign the form and release the payment before they unloaded (they said that was their policy)... I did not receive a copy of BOL.

Sir you jumped on the bike and took off before we had a chance to get pictures so in regards of damage. What you say is hear say. Our policies stand to cover all liability purposes and hear say does not stand. I'm sorry you feel the way you do after it took you 3 days to reply and you are just now leaving feedback customers like you are wrong. Your comments have disrespected our drivers and our company. And for the BOL once again sir you took off on the bike before my drivers had any chance.
