A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Very little communication on the driver's end, didn't answer calls, and didn't respond to some text messages. The driver did not contact me or answer any of my calls/texts the day he was supposed to pick up, I reached out to him at every point of contact. This interaction has reflected poorly on my business.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period This shipper will not respond to my texts or emails, I have been trying to contact him throughout the week and have only received one message back stating that he only contacts within 24 hours of pick up. That will not work, I have no clue when pick up will be and my customer has questions that I cannot answer because this driver will not communicate with me.
