Was an absolute pleasure meeting TJ and her family. It was a long 18 hour drive but the reaction I got from the pup she didn't know she was getting was definitely worth it. This is the reason I love what I do. Thank you for letting me be apart of that surprise. Talk to you soon TJ

took a bit longer then expected due to snow ect but got there safe and sound
|

Prior to bidding, I was not informed of the time constraints. Customer asked for a a lower rate, which i obliged but was not told the shipment needed to be expedited until the initial conversation. Customer canceled in less than 24 hours and the terms stated we will pick up within 1-7 days unless customer requests expedited service. Customer was very polite and courteous so would not hesitate to work together in the future if all information is provided before placing an order.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I have not been assured that they can provide the service in the time frame allowed and have expressed my concerns. I was told that they still do not have a transport in the area to book, for the pick up and dont have anything definite to give me yet and I am in time restraints and told them this in our first conversation.
