Provider was very responsive and worked with customer time schedule to the best of his ability. I was very pleased with his destination unloading helper. Drawers were removed and replaced gently, beds assembled, furniture located correctly. Would not want same loading help used. I observed him rest edge of heavy cherry hope chest top on asphalt street prior lifting into truck which caused minor finish damage to heirloom.
