The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I understand delays due to weather and problems with a truck but there were so many changes to the schedule it became impossible to continue to have confidence that the delivery would be made as promised. I've now fallen out of favor with my buyers now that their shipment is late so I'm moving on to a different shipper. I should have cut ties a week ago but I wanted to give them a second chance but it didn't pan out. Disappointed.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Communication has been good but ultimately shipper had to cancel due to artic cold front that stopped his truck in South Dakota. He's stuck there until it can be fixed. So I need to relist my shipment and find another shipper. It's an inconvenience but I understand. It's -8 and snowy in Denver right now.
