Shipper is difficult to stay in contact with. Has not responded to text. Called phone number and a message says the provider is unavailable. Was told a day the item was going to be picked up and item was not picked up. No communication to let us know they were not picking item up. The owner of the item being shipped has tried to contact the Shipper and is having the same problem.
