The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer listed it as 7 empty totes,after booked its 5 empty and 2 full totes, customer also requested a full load as the same price and asked for exact day pick up service when he accepted a partial order bid with giving us 1 to 7 estimated business days to make the pick up, UNBELEIVEABLE..
