Rudi doesnt understand how transportation works, problems arose and he wanted the delivery made from 1 day to the other with no exception. We cannot make a driver drive 500 miles with less than a partial. Aside from that, he is a good person and always remained calmed throughout the whole transaction.

I have paid over 100 transports all over USA and Canada, Australia, New Zealand and my company serve 140 countries and all 50 states! You took my money, made me sign a contract, picked up my tractor, then YOU changed the delivery right after that to Monday because YOU booked another load! I even filed a report and the rep agreed that this was strange! Don't you dare blame me! This feedback response is unbelievable! Be a MAN and take responsibility for YOUR FAILURE TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THE DEAL

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I clearly bid this job with delivery by 10-6. Customer did ask for a 9-30 delivery in Q and A, but accepted my job before I saw that question. I was never able to be there 9-30. I can still pickup and deliver on time and as promised, but that isnt good enough. He expected better. Not much I can do about that. Today is 9-29. Im not late at all.

He left us flat,we waited 9 days, NEVER picked up our bike.He did NOT call,text! I never called him. He agreed to bring it on 9-30. I have it in writing on Uship. 9 days later when we haven't heard from him, I texted him. 2 days later he replies and tells me he can pick up the bike 5 days later! I told him POLITELY I was disappointed. He said "It SUCKS being you Im not picking up your bike" He was NASTY,CARELESS,COLD,DISRESPECTFUL. He LIES and wont take responsibility for anything. NO integrity.

10 STARS! Hands down the best shipment ever in over 100 transports! John is a Gentleman of character and integrity. His "word" means something. He immediately started keeping me updated, from start to finish. Delivered a large Kubota from Texas to Ca in a couple days! He showed up on time, to the minute! 2 days from Cali to Texas! I am grateful. Portfirio and his sister were so kind and considerate. They actually kept me updated during the transport without me ever asking! These people have a heart to serve and it's obvious immediately when you speak to them even on email. I hope they will be able to do more transports for me if it's on their route. We need more people like them in the work world. Thank you! God bless you all.

LIES LIES LIES! Joe Cooper stole our vehicle, + other people's vehicles all over the USA. He has storage's in different states. We had 4 different police officers and detectives working from 3 different states. He finally surrendered the vehicles. Military gator in PA, 2 golf carts in Florida + others. The police were getting calls of him stealing their vehicles from different states. 2 months later the police got my vehicle back. Don't let him touch your items ! You won't get them back!

CONTRACT IN USHIP MESSAGES: PICKUP FRI MARCH 22, DELIVER SAT MARCH 23 10:00am Made me sign DOCUSIGN CONTRACT pay $80 fee. Then AFTER they picked up my tractor, I get text:"Driver has another load will deliver Monday" 2 days late on 500 mile drive! Communication STOPPED, NO return calls or text. I hired them for Sat delivery,NOT Mon 2:00PM! I did NOT get what I paid for. This was NO broken truck or storm. There is NO EXCUSE or REBUTTAL,NO"Other side of the story"100% TRUTH. I filed a Uship report

Very good price, polite people, safely delivered. Communication needs improvement. The people at the pickup locations were repeatedly left wondering when they would arrive and were not called for 4 days even though Barbara said she would call them. It caused them frustration wondering what was going on. You need to call people in advance, not wait for the last minute. The last day Communication with Mario was excellent. The guys arrived with smiles and were very pleasant. Thank you! God bless
