After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Well we tried to reach out to her she never called us Or Left avoice message we reached out to her three times and could never get a hold of her So I guess we will except Her cancellation because it’s on her behalf

I called the shipper back several times and left voicemail, and sent email. Shipper claimed he never saw my calls. Also, moved up pickup date without notice so item was not available which is why I tried several times to reach him. Extremely rude when I finally got ahold of him.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Provider did not answer and emails, calls, or voicemails after accepting offer. Absolutely NO communication. Unprofessional. Do no use this provider.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipment listed for pickup between June 11th and 14th. Shipper called to schedule pickup for June 9th and item won't be available. Tried calling several times, left voicemail and sent email to shipper and they have not replied. I would prefer to go with a different method.
