The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Client emailed me shortly after accepting my bid saying she didn't have a current Coggins. Before I could even respond, she cancelled saying someone else could take her. I assume she knew I would not w/o a Coggins and had a friend or the seller agree to do it.
