Well the shipment with Louis: was nice at p/u
Gus was helpful and loaded the 73 dodge plus
parts. Then on the way Louis was very helpful
on how to get to the delivery point. Then at delivery he was easy to work with and helped
us get to a spot so the trailer would match
the yard level, that made it much better and
we were done. He was very quick with payment
in CASH. Two days later he called about the
title, I said yes I will mail it out today!
He said its O.K. it was late and dark

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Mechanical issues with our truck. We would normally reschedule but customer needs the bike as soon as possible. Lou is very easy to work with and we would recommend him to any service provider out there. Thanks Lou and sorry that we couldn't get your bike taken care of.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer said that the bike needed to be picked up on 8/22 which is a Sunday. I was there to pick up, but the owner of the bike would not accomidate the pick up. There seems to be a miscommunication between buyer and seller because it was stated that it needed to be picked up on that day. The seller name was BOOTS and he was very unwilling to to ship the bike. I was the second shipper and the first one, had a problem with this shipment also. I could not stay in N.Y. city and wait for BOOTS.
