Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Went to pick up item at location on Friday 2/28. Both I and the customer were misinformed of pick up times and were turned away at the gate until Monday. Spoke with customer about situation that day and we agreed to come up with another solution. As of today 3/4 we spoke with uShip rep and they stated that we had to modify the cancellation and handle it among ourselves to rectify the problem. Which we intend on doing.
