I was trying to find the correct experience rating for working with Randy but couldn't.
They need a "very positive" or "Best in Breed" category to describe the quality service he provides. The man runs his own company and his name is on the line. He operates it like his well being depended on it. It does, so he delivers. You will be will tended should you decide to hire Randy as your
delivery expert.

Caleb did an outstanding job from the initial bid, all the way to delivery. He was competent, courteous, and capable. My load was safely delivered less then 72 hours after my bid was accepted, with absolutely no hiccups on the way. It traveled over 500 miles safely secured in his vehicle, and arrived when I wanted it. I would give him a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10. I have had enough experience to know a great shipper, from one that's just along for the ride. You may choose Caleb without worry.

These people did a GREAT job in getting the pallet where it needed to be. My customer was happy, and the price couldn't be beat.
You need to follow the instructions they give you and fill out the paperwork they supply properly, and you will have an event free experience. It's also VERY important to properly pack and describe your shipment and your shipping locations. Getting an extra charge on your shipment or delaying it can be avoided by just accurately providing information!

Montway did an excellent job of communication. They answered phone calls quickly, and used e-mail to communicate important information. The representatives where courteous, and intelligent. I did not have to repeat things multiple times to get the message across. The pick up scheduling and delivery was very quick. It appears that Montway serves as a broker for actual carriers. The level of service that you get from the end delivery team may vary from my own experience. I was very satisfied.

A flawless transaction with a very competent provider. If you need a fifth wheel or boat transported, this is the man to do the job. Real time communication, respect for your property, and proper equipment and insurance coverage show that this company is in it for the long haul. This shipment was booked and completed within 72 hours. I will use again to transport my equipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was informed via a notice on U-Ship of the shippers desire to cancel. I don't know if his story is valid or not, but the following are facts. No contacts at all after winning the bid. Multiple phone calls to him un-returned.
Promises made to make a delivery when finally contacted, with no follow through. I do not see this company succeeding on USHIP if they continue to do business as they have during this transaction. I give them a yellow sign...
"Proceed with Caution" Several weeks wasted.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I as shipper initiated the cancellation. CnR Transport has performed admirably throughout the transaction. It was a failure on my part involving scheduling that made it unprofitable for them to complete the transport. They went as far as to agree to make the shipment even though it would be a losing proposition for them. As things turned out, I was able to make alternate plans that did not obligate CnR to move the unit. I have released these gentlemen from their
obligations, and compliment the
