After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I just paid $2,200+ for the $2,000 quote and the insurance through Uship to approved the quote from the new service provider. The service provider called me directly and he is asking me at least $500 to start off with the transaction of getting the baby grand piano from my aunt's place to be transported here in Las Vegas. However, I told him that I already did pay through Uship but he said since he is new to Uship, he doesn't know how the payment works. He said, how his previous customers did is

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I already paid in full $2,203 for the piano shipment from Ohio to Las Vegas, NV. QSR transport is always just emailing but they never call like they always promised to call. It’s already 3/26, according to the quote, the pick up is between 3/17-3/24 but still no response from them! I followed up but still no response from them, so I'd rather cancel.
