great u-shipper! very communicative, arrived for pick-up and delivery when he said he would, when a delay occurred, he phoned well ahead of time so I could adjust my schedule. load arrived well secured on a clean trailer in perfect condition

These folks are totally professional ..the best.
Price was reasonable, they were very communicative, arriving when they said they would for both pick-up and delivery, calling a day ahead then again a few minutes ahead of their arrival. my scooter was strapped down very professionally in a well equipped trailer and arrived in perfect condition. I nominate them for u-shippers of the year!

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services When he showed up his truck was totally full, he may have thought it was a moped however, it is at least 400 lbs. He was going to try to support the bike on the 3-6 inches of space on the back of the truck, which we found unacceptable. The truck also had no lift-gate like her advertised. He has already rescheduled now over 4 times, I have now waited over 40 days for this pick up, I need to cancel.

Jim was great, accomidating, helpful with a complex pickup, flexible...always communicating and available, goods arrived right on time, in good shape. Highly recommended!!!!
