The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Montway picked up my vehicle on Wednesday, December 7th and had my vehicle for two days without any notification or updates with regard to the pickup, the vehicle location or driver information. When I was finally able to reach them on Friday, I was advised that the driver was travelling back to the pickup location, IN ANOTHER STATE, and leaving the car because he couldn't accommodate the weight. Since Friday, I have heard NOTHING from Montway with regard to the now two week delay to my ship
