James was exelent to work with. Because he cares about what he does he litteraly helped save my pups life. I got a pup from someone in Georgia & it was not what I had bought. I got a small sick puppie. James took it on himself even with his busy schedule to take the time away from his other deliveries & get the pup to the vet. The pup had parvovirus which should have killed her. The vet said she would be lucky to make it through the night. James nursed her back. THANK'S so much. She's great now!
