A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer was friendly and understanding, due to the timeframe constriction that was previously discussed and agreed to. I was not able to meet his new timeframe. Thus this unfortunate cancellation.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Initially, I was extremely impressed and excited to work with Prestige. Immediate connection, immediate communication. I communicated the situation that lead to the need to look at having my vehicle shipped, that it was at a friend's place and, while didn't need immediate shipment, I did have a concern about getting things scheduled to ensure I didn't over stay my welcome with my friend.
