After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer was upset over timing of pick up due to unforeseen circumstances. Customer lives in a marijuana legal state and was upset over the odor that was coming from us as my employee took a smoke break. I apologized for the tardiness and actions and she still didn’t want us to ship it.

It’s Not easy to find shipping companies you trust with your prize possessions. I can honestly say I trusted him completely and felt like he was going to care for my piece even more carefully than I would. It arrived safely and my client was thrilled! I will definitely be working with them again.

It arrived safely and undamaged however, I cannot give high stars because they were not as professional as I expected. It was difficult to get a timeframe from them for arrival and delivery for both of my pieces. They were very superficial when wrapping up my buffet and continued to shuffle furniture around haphazardly when arriving at my shop, and placed other furniture on top of my pieces even after I requested them not to. They delivered to my client weeks later than agreed upon.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Shipper Michael arrived several hours later and under the influence. When I asked him if he was high and had been smoking he laughed and admitted that yes he had. I no longer felt confident in his professional ability and did not allow him to take my fragile piece of furniture. I will never do business with him and highly recommend him being removed from this site.
