Will NEVER use again. Harrassed us after delivery for payment.
Once a delivery is completed, I always check with the customer to make sure there was no damage prior to releasing payment. Driver was misreading my messages and decided to communicate directly with our customer saying we were not paying him. Very unprofessional and rude.
Our business uses USHIP weekly and have good results with most drivers. If you are not available to release a payment seconds after delivery, DO NOT USE QSR. Response from QSRtraveling: This lady is so out of control. I don’t know this lady, she is not on “credit terms” & I have a copy of the agreement that it was COD, not at her convenience. This delivery was 1800 miles away, & flawless. Interestingly, I never asked for payment as I had trusted her & had another delivery 10 miles away that I immediately went to without asking once for payment. She got caught lying by her customer. I only asked after she said she wouldn’t be paying me for either shipment. I wish her well.
